AN EXPERIENCE REPORT FROM TAMARA WEILAND
About me
Hi, I am Tamara from Vienna, Austria. My upbringing was shaped by Austrian and Brazilian Cultural Values and both spiritual and religious influences. From a young age, I embarked on a personal quest to discover my life's mission, driven by a deep yearning for purpose and meaning. My `spiritual´ healing journey however began unexpectedly, when I started modeling internationally at just 13 years old. The fashion industry can be tough and competitive, and it took a toll on me. But it also pushed me to explore spiritual practices and healing methods as a way to cope and find balance and confidence.
In 2020, I faced another challenging moment in life when I decided to study international communication management in The Hague in the Netherlands. During that time in my life, I experienced deep feelings of loneliness, confusion, sadness, and emptiness. It turned out to be a turning point that helped me grow and apply all the knowledge I had gathered over the years.
As I made certain changes in my life, I began to experience a greater sense of alignment, happiness, and overall well-being.
In 2018, based on my own overwhelming experience with spiritual topics and scattered information, I began sharing content about spirituality and healing practices. I wanted to assist people even more on their spiritual journeys and help them in overcoming deep-seated wounds and limiting beliefs. So, in 2020, I started my business. Throughout my journey, I have attended various certification programs, workshops, and ceremonies around the globe, gaining a wealth of knowledge. I became a certified Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Priestess of the Violet Flame, Sound Meditation Practitioner and Cacao Guardian.
Now, I feel a strong calling to share what I've learned with the world. My goal in creating the Energy Medicine Academy is to empower others to embark on their own spiritual journeys, heal themselves, and unlock their true potential and unique gifts. My aim is to guide others on how they can integrate Energy Medicine Modalities in their daily life, hold sacred spaces for others and share these wonderful practices with the world.

My favorite instruments from Meinl Sonic Energy
In my healing work I try to combine as many tools and techniques as possible to give my clients the most transformative experience. One of these tools is sound healing instruments from Meinl Sonic Energy.
Personally, I do not have any favorite instrument as each one is unique on its own. Crystal Singing Bowls or Gongs for instance have a magical and soothing effect on a mind-body-spirit level and immediately let my clients come to deep relaxation that activates our parasympathetic nervous system.
Tuning Forks, on the other hand, are tremendously effective to balance out our energy field, are very lightweight and easy to travel with.
