Tamara Weiland
Tamara is the founder of the Energy Medicine Academy and The Energy Studio Vienna – a holistic space dedicated to energy work, sound healing, awareness-based practices, and conscious embodiment.
Her work is rooted in long-term practice, lived experience in different parts of the world, and a deep connection to sound as a tool for regulation, awareness, and transformation. For many years, Tamara has been working closely with sound healing instruments by Meinl Sonic Energy, integrating them into her personal practice, professional work, and educational programs. Over time, sound has become one of the core pillars of her teachings.
The partnership with Meinl Sonic Energy grew naturally through shared values around quality, healing, and conscious sound.

Her mission is to support people in reconnecting with their intuition, feeling more balanced, and developing a deeper sense of purpose through practices that unite body, mind, and spirit. Her work bridges ancient wisdom traditions with modern science.
The Energy Studio Vienna
The Energy Studio Vienna is the physical home of the Energy Medicine Academy and a space for regular practice, learning, and community in Vienna.
It hosts weekly group classes, workshops, ceremonies, certification trainings, and private 1:1 sessions for a more personalized experience. Sound healing instruments, including those by Meinl Sonic Energy, are integrated into both weekly group class formats and professional training programs.
Beyond classes and trainings, the studio also includes a tea bar and a curated concept store, creating a welcoming environment where people can arrive, stay, and connect — whether for practice, rest, or exchange. It is the first studio and concept store in Vienna to officially represent Meinl Sonic Energy, offering the opportunity to try out selected instruments.

Education & Trainings
5-month Energy Medicine Practitioner (EMP) Training
A comprehensive in-person certification training in Vienna, open to anyone who wants to understand and work with energy – for personal growth, everyday life, or as a foundation for guiding others.
The modules include meditation & mindfulness, sound healing, Reiki, shamanic practices, and ceremonial work. Sound healing with Meinl Sonic Energy instruments is an essential part of the curriculum, including learning about the history of sound healing, basic music theory, and various healing instruments. Participants learn how to play Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Drums, and the Gong.

Working with Meinl Sonic Energy Instruments
Tamara integrates a wide range of tools and techniques to support deep and lasting transformation. Sound healing instruments by Meinl Sonic Energy play a central role in this process. Rather than having a single favourite instrument, Tamara values each instrument for its unique qualities and applications. Crystal Singing Bowls and Gongs, for example, are known for their immersive and calming effects, supporting deep relaxation on a body-mind-spirit level and helping to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Tuning Forks, on the other hand, are particularly effective for balancing the energetic field. Their precision, light weight, and portability make them a versatile tool in both individual sessions and travels.
